$1,000.00$5,000.00

WIT is the Watershed Information Tool.  There are three Features:   WIT-HM includes the Salt Portal and CF.T library, the Rating Curve Segment Editor, and Grouding Tool.  WIT-HA is the Hydrological Analysis suite of tools (under development), and KTS is the Kronos Time Series portal for managing your time series data.  Choose from three subscription levels, described below and in the yummy Bento Box pictogram.

Description

WIT Subscription is a subset of tools available from Fathom Scientific.  We’ve been working in the hydrometric/hydrology field for over 20 years and have developed a powerful suite of tools to assist the hydrographer to:

  • increase productivity,
  • reduce headaches, toothaches, and earaches,
  • avoid errors inherent in multiple workbooks/file folder/users,
  • impose a strict QA/QC agenda on your hydrometric program,
  • package up the Most Valuable Products (MVP) into a tasty Bento Box meal.

We’ve created three subscription levels based on your hydrometric appetite:

  1. The Salt Portal is the basic suite of tools for processing and managing Salt Dilution measurements and associated Calibration Factors – Temperature Compensated (CF.Ts).  We’ve offered customers of QiQuac and AutoSalt Free access to the Salt Portal since it first appeared in Fathomland in 2019.  T-HRECS customers can purchase an annual subscription for $1000/year.  The Salt Portal also gives access to the Rating Curve Segment Editor (RCSE) to create hydraulically valid, compound rating curves which can change over time, the Grouding Tool to Grade and Group SDIQs as well as export to Aquarius Time Series and Kisters Wiski.
  2. WIT-Pro is currently under development, with the most important tool, the Kronos Time Series database and visualization tool, complete to the MVP level.  This is offered at $3000/year. For full documentation of both the Salt Portal and KTS, see this sounding post.
  3. WIT-Pro+ is not yet complete, although many components have been built and are awaiting hosting services.  This complete meal will feature the Field Vest app, WIT-GIS watershed services, as well as Government of British Columbia validated models for Hydro-Stats in Ungauged Basins, along with Monthly Multiple Regression (MMR) hind-casting methods.  If you’d like to support it’s development, and get a free Fathom Hoodie, this service is being offered at $5000/year.
